Virtual Scheduled Advising Appointments
Sometimes, even after you review our website, you might have very specific questions that are unique to you. In these cases, you can speak with an advisor in a one - one online setting. Please note, we also offer on campus drop in sessions Monday (2pm-4pm) and Wednesday (9am-11am) in the UBC School of Nursing Student Services Office. You also have the option if you cannot attend advising or there are no appointments left, to email us with your questions at information@nursing.ubc.ca
To request an appointment please email information@nursing.ubc.ca to reserve one of the following times. Scheduled appointments are held Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-12pm. Please send in three times which you are available in the event your first choice has also been request by someone ahead of you in the email queue. The availability chart is updated multiple times per business day. We will confirm your appointment via email once we receive your request. Appointments are given on a first come first serve basis. All appointment times are in PST.

Appointments are 15 minutes per person maximum due to high volume of inquiries. Please come to the appointment on time as the program is not able to extend the appointment time. Please review the admissions website prior to your appointment, to make the best use of your advising time. When you click the meeting link you will be sent to the online waiting room and will be admitted into the meeting when it is your scheduled appointment time. Please note: if you show up to the advising appointments lobby without a confirmed appointment, you will not be admitted. Registration is required for these sessions. Once we receive your request via email we will reply to confirm the time of your appointment.
