Assignment 1: Practice mapping the power and influence in a K2A setting

  • Due Oct 4, 2023 by 9a.m.
  • Points 15

In groups of 3, describe why mapping the influence is valuable for K2A initiatives (Maximum 1 page). Then, select a K2A change initiative, or use one of the examples provided.  Map the power and players using Ganz et al.’s tool to map the power landscape.  Answer the ten questions, and submit those answers following your 1 page description of why it is important to map the influence/power dynamics. (15%) PK to Mark.

Most of the questions can be answered in a paragraph or less.  But feel free to go into lots of detail when answering the question: what is wanted by those with the power to make the change called for by the evidence.  Explore this question in depth.
