Canvas Support

 Connect via email or video chat with our Chapman Learning Commons Online Assistants weekdays and Saturdays. Students also can contact the UBC IT Service Centre for help using the online form. If you're enrolled in a Distance Learning Course, refer to your course syllabus to find any specialized Canvas Technical support.

Equipment

Borrow Equipment

Need equipment and technology support? With your UBC card, you can borrow everything from headphones to projectors! Come to the Chapman Learning Commons Help Desk (located on level 3 of the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre) to borrow equipment. We can also help you with printing, scanning, and learning how to use equipment.

 

Access Computers and Software

Take advantage of the computer facilities in the Chapman Learning Commons (located on level 3 of the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre) which includes 30 Mac and 10 PC workstations, with 8 scanners. Workstations have Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and many other applications to help you maximize your creativity on your next project!
