“Learning Design refers to ways in which educators can document, model, implement, store, share, adapt and reuse pedagogical ideas” (Bennett, Agostinho, & Lockyer, 2016). This includes the process of creating student learning experiences based on identified learning outcomes and empirically supported learning theories. The integration and use of technology require a thoughtful approach, as this influences the student experience.

Within this module, we will explore different a few different aspects to consider when designing your courses such as using a student-centered approach, blended learning methods, whether you use synchronous or asynchronous methods, and considerations for organizing a course.
