What is Qualtrics?

Qualtrics is a survey tool that is UBC supported and FIPPA complainant. Qualtrics can be integrated in multi disciplinary courses as an alternative form of assessment. A survey with pre-populated feedback has been embedded on this Canvas page. 

How can I integrate Qualtrics as an alternative form of assessment?
