Kaltura: Edit Slideshow Chapters in a Kaltura Capture Recording

Edit Slideshow Chapters in a Kaltura Capture Recording

Kaltura Capture inserts chapters for each slide it detects in a PowerPoint slideshow recording. You can also insert chapters in the timelines of other videos in My Media to draw student attention to key points in a video. Video chapters enable students to jump ahead to any slide or key point in the video player. Create and edit video chapters using Kaltura My Media as follows:

Record Slides (Automatically Create Chapters)

Record PowerPoint Slides with Kaltura Capture as follows:

  2. In My Media of Canvas, click Add new, open Kaltura Capture, and start your recording. (See Kaltura: Screencast with Kaltura Capture.)
  3. Present your PowerPoint in Slide Show mode.
