Peer Evaluations- Term 5

By now in the program you've become quite skilled at providing and receiving constructive feedback. This is an opportunity to share with your teammates how they've been doing across four domains of effective team work. You will provide formative feedback to each of your teammates related to their effectiveness as team members over the course of term 5. If you do not complete an evaluation for each of your team members by the due date and time, 5% will be deducted from your overall course grade.
