Developing effective programs is almost never done on your own. Using peer feedback as a means of evaluation holds each team member accountable and is part of team-based learning. Receiving feedback from your team members allows you to improve your knowledge with respect to program development and continue to strengthen your interpersonal and team building competencies. Further, as part of team-based learning, this approach to peer evaluation is designed to mitigate differences in levels of engagement and participation on team-based assignments. A gentle reminder to please connect with me if you have any concerns regarding your evaluation of a teammate or how you yourself will be evaluated.
In term 5, you all completed your peer evaluations as formative feedback; information to carry forward in your team work for term 6. In term 6, the peer evaluation score you receive will be used as a multiplier on your Assignment 3. Your individual total peer evaluation score is divided by the average total evaluation score for your team. This ratio is used as a multiplier for your Assignment 3. The maximum mark you can get on any assignment is 100%.
