Does anyone like to swim or dive? I believe that many people know how to swim because it is a necessary skill. Not only can it exercise, but it can also help us when we encounter urgent danger in the water. My favourite sport is swimming. Every summer vacation I will go swimming with my parents or friends and I have lost more than 20 catties a month because of swimming. As a coastal city, Vancouver has no shortage of natural puddles for you to cool off in summer. They are excellent swimming pools where you can enjoy the cool and beautiful scenery at the same time. Vancouver has many public swimming pools, lakes, outdoor swimming holes and beaches. No matter what age you are, baby, young, old, pregnant or some physical therapy can choose to swim. But not all beaches are the best places to swim.

Hi, my name is Priscilla Xie, and I designed this ePortfolio to help swim enthusiasts make wise swimming times and places by providing easy-to-access safety and hazard information. https://www.swimming.ca/en/ is the webpage I often visit. I will have a lot of news and events about swimming in it, so that I can learn more about swimming.

Topics:

  1. Weather hazards - such as snow, sun, and wind.
  2. Useful links - websites with useful weather forecasts and resources.
  3. Go/No-Go Checklist - guidelines and recommended items to ensure that you have a good driving experience.
