Actor Choi Woo Shik has finally made his big screen comeback through the film The Policeman's Lineage movie which premiered in South Korean cinemas starting today. Choi Woo Shik said, it would be refreshing to see a film where viewers can see action scenes wearing classy suits.
"I want to show a different side of myself when I dress in that suit," said Choi Woo Sik as reported by Soompi, Wednesday (5/1/2022). Choi Woo Shik said he wanted to be a part of an action-packed production like the Kingsman film franchise. "I have to be aware of the emotional aspect of doing action scenes because that's my character," he said. Choi Woo Shik admitted that he had to monitor carefully between action-packed scenes versus emotional scenes which turned out to be different. "If it's an action scene, I only think about how to adjust my body position while thinking about whether I should hit harder or not," he said. note: The King's Man movie
"I think action films are quite interesting and I want to try more in the future," concluded Choi Woo Shik. The Policeman's Lineage tells the story of a dangerous investigation involving a regional investigative unit and a police officer who accepts the task of secretly observing him. Senior actor Jo Jin Woong plays Park Kang Yoon, the head of a regional investigation unit who makes arrests of criminals based solely on his beliefs.
Park Kang Yoon doesn't even care about how to catch criminals using illegal means or not to get information. While Choi Woo Shik plays a principled police officer named Choi Min Jae. In exchange for receiving classified documents about his father who is a police officer, Choi Min Jae takes on the task of digging up Park Kang Yoon's corruption.
