Welcome to the POSE Canvas course. This part of the course has been developed for interaction and to track your progress in completing the POSE modules. This course is publicly available on the web. However, to access discussions and record your completion of POSE elements you will need to log into the course.

Thank you for your interest in POSE. This iteration of the POSE course ran from May to August 2023 and it is now archived. The course will remain open as an archive but we have closed off comments.

Get Started

Announcements

We will be using announcements in POSE to help you keep track and stay connected with the course and your cohort.
You can view announcements either on the POSE WordPress site or by viewing announcements in your course menu.
To receive POSE announcements in your email click on Account and Notification and set your email notifications to receive Announcements in your email.

Discussions

From the POSE WordPress site, we have linked to discussion posts in Canvas. We have used this approach so that we can track the completion of the course discussions. We also see this as a way to share all of our discussions in the same space
For each unit, we will link from the WordPress POSE site to the discussion topic in Canvas
Once you have completed each discussion the course team will mark it as done so that you can track your progress.

Unit Completion Quizzes

In order to track your progress through the course and to help us track participation, you will be completing a quiz at the end of each unit.
You can find these in the Assignment area. Check off your completion.
