Steps for Students:

Annual Progress & Committee Report-Student and Supervisory Committee
All MASc and PhD graduate students and their supervisors (or supervisory committee) in the School of Biomedical Engineering are required to complete an annual committee report detailing their progress over each academic year.
*Note: Students starting their program from January 1, 2024 and after are not required to submit this report.
The student will fill in the first portion of the report and send to their committee members at least 1 week in advance of their Committee Meeting. All committee members, including the Chair, must be present at the committee meeting to review the report.
After the meeting, the Chair of the committee will sign the report and return to the student. The student will upload the report onto CANVAS.
Reports may be shared with graduate advisors, who will determine if the student’s progress has been satisfactory, and make any necessary recommendations.
