Annual Progress & Committee Reports (Student and Supervisory Committee)

All MASc and PhD graduate students and their supervisors (or supervisory committee) in the School of Biomedical Engineering are required to complete an annual committee report detailing their progress over each academic year. 

The student will fill in the first portion of the report and send to their committee members at least 1 week in advance of their Committee Meeting. All committee members, including the Chair, must be present at the committee meeting to review the report.

After the meeting, the Chair of the committee will sign the report and return to the student. The student will upload the report onto CANVAS.

Reports may be shared with graduate advisors, who will determine if the student’s progress has been satisfactory, and make any necessary recommendations.


Steps for Students:

3) Upload the completed report under this assignment using the following naming convention:

      • LastName, FirstName - PROGRAM Annual Progress Report 2024-2025
        Example: Smith, John - PhD Annual Progress Report 2024-2025


Deadline to submit the 2024-2025 report: 
September 30, 2025
