Video Conference Link and Room Booking for Simulations
Simulations will occur on June 10th in the morning or the afternoon for 3 hours. The morning session is from 9-12pm and the afternoon form 1-4pm.
You will be assigned to 1 of 2 small groups from this cohort. If you have reason to attend either the morning or afternoon session please be in touch with the course faculty as soon as possible.
Attendance will be by remote log in or in-person as you prefer. Details are below. The bookings are for 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the event. You may attend early or stay late. If you plan to attend in-person please let the course faculty know as soon as possible. Otherwise we will release the room booking and host the simulations entirely by VC.
How to Attend:
Note: Connect with a laptop or desktop computer. Do not connect by cell phone or tablet. Encourage online users to conduct a test call prior to your event.
