Please be advised that the CampusBase platform is currently down. We are working with CampusBase to restore access as soon as possible. Please be patient while we try to resolve the problem.

 

Virtually interact with over 300 student groups and services to explore the many opportunities and experiences available to you at UBC. This event is hosted in partnership with your Alma Mater Society (AMS), and you'll find many AMS clubs at the event!

Please note that this is a drop-in event, with the live, interactive event happening on September 7, 2021 from 9:00am - 10:30am and from 3:30pm - 5:30pm PDT. You're welcome to explore the booth information at your own pace beginning on September 6, 2021.

If you plan to attend the live component of the Main Event, we recommend that you use a device that has microphone and/or video capabilities if available, so you can participate fully in the session.

 

How to access CampusBase for the Main Event

  1. Click the "Take me to the Main Event" button below
  2. Log in on the right-hand side of the screen using your CWL credentials:2020-08-21 15_57_58-Window.png
  3. You should then be taken to the Main Event landing page. Use the map to view the different UBC groups by zone, or look at them all at once by clicking “List of Campus Resources”. From here, you can filter and sort the resources based on what you’re interested in.
  4. To view a booth, click on the name or picture.
  5. During the live components, you can find video conferencing links (under “Video Conferencing” when viewing a booth) which will take you to the group’s virtual room where group representatives will be present to speak with you and answer any questions you may have. The video conferencing rooms will be active from 9:00am - 10:30am and from 3:30pm - 5:30pm PDT on September 7, 2021. 
  6. You can access the Main Event at any time between September 6 - 10, 2021, if you would like to view the various UBC resources on your own time.

Problems Accessing the Main Event?

Students:

If you are a student and are unable to log on to AMS CampusBase with your CWL for the Main Event, please email clubsadmin@ams.ubc.ca with your First name, Last name, Email, and Student number and you will get an email notification once you can access the Main Event. You should be then able to log in with your CWL.

Staff:

If you’re a staff member unable to log in to Campus Base, please email  clubsadmin@ams.ubc.ca with your First name, Last name, and Email and you will get an email notification once you can access the Main Event. You should be then able to log in with your email address.

 

Need help in the Main Event?

If you need help, or have any questions throughout the live portion of the Main Event, click on “Information Booth”, and use the chat function to get assistance from a staff member.
