  • Submitting a discussion post

Share with the instructor and classmates a 150-200 word introduction to yourself. Include whatever information you believe is pertinent to the topic of this course. For example, if you are employed by a forest management firm, studied forest management, or are new to the field, that sort of information will be useful. By all means describe your experience in forests and forestry as well as the aspects of natural forest management in which you are particularly interested. Please also describe your access to forest because, during this course, you will be asked to go into a forest to measure some tree and stand characteristics. Please also tell the rest of us by what name you wish to be referred. Upload this brief essay on this class discussion board.
