Hello MUFL Friends,

Here's a quick survey to gauge your interest on holding optional no-credit Zoom discussion groups in the next half of the semester. If you could take a few moments to provide some feedback, that would be super!

8 questions, mostly multiple choice with space to add suggestions, if you want.

In week 6, we discussed the possibility of hosting 1 or 2 optional Zoom sessions devoted to expanding a discussion on a particular topic while focusing on your experiences and ideas. Think of it as a show and tell session and live chat. This could be a great opportunity to network with one another too.

One fantastic idea was to get together and share our tree inventories. Taylor was open to showing us Tree Plotter and Ryan would be able to introduce us to Davey's Tree Keeper system. Others would be welcome to talk about their experiences with inventories, share their screens and give us a tour of what they're working with or share photos of past inventories. So that's an idea worth looking into!

I'd also be willing to host an optional session on conducting online research through the UBC Library and online databases. If some of you could benefit from that kind of activity, that's also on the table. Let me know via this survey.

Thanks in advance for your feedback :)
