Skydiving is an extremely demanding sport in terms of weather conditions, such as wind, ground fog too much haze, insufficient visibility, too cold in winter (below 0 degrees), thunder, rain are NOT allowed to jump.

1. Wind/Haze/Ground Fog

Visibility is a necessity for skydiving, as the landing point and potential hazards in the air need to be clearly seen. And ground fog, haze and excessive cloud cover can affect visibility

2. Rain/Thunder

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires that skydives only be completed in Visual Flight Rules conditions. Simply put, you need to be able to see as you fly. Rain and thunderstorm days can affect vision. And wet umbrella surface will also affect the flight.

3. Too cold (below 0 degrees)

The height of the plane jump is mainly 500 meters to about 3000 meters. 0.6 degrees Celsius for every 100 meters of elevation gain, therefore, when the ground temperature is below 0 degrees and the air temperature can be very cold. Therefore, to be on the safe side, do not skydive.

Basically, the weather conditions of the day are indicated on the website of each skydiving base, so you can check them in advance.
