Hi! My name is Bhavye Thukral and this is my ePortfolio on Tennis and weather hazards related to it.

It is a racket sport originated in England played either individually or in teams of two which is also called doubles. It is an Olympic sport played by all ages at all levels. The aim is to hit a shot within the court in such a way that the opponent fails to give back a valid return. After Olympics, the four most important tournaments are called Grand slams. Grand slams happen annually at four locations: Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon in England, and US Open in the United States of America.

Tennis is played on various surfaces with the most common being clay, crass and hard. It is played both indoors and outdoors, the latter being more popular of the two.

I have been playing tennis for years now. I started when I was just 6 years of age and have been playing and following the sport ever since. I've played tennis for my school and my province back home in India. My favorite player is Roger Federer who is also arguably the greatest of all time.
