The horticulture production department in Jammu & Kashmir also advertised a bid notice for a smart board and an LCD for the classroom. The Kendrapara Autonomous College in Odisha published sealed quotations from registered finns suppliers having GSTIN PAN authorization certificates from the manufacturer, audited financial statements of the preceding three financial years, and income tax returns of the preceding three financial years for procurement of desktops and laptops, server digital smart boards, projectors, digital cameras, etc.

Tenders related to interactive displays for procurement:

            Out of 3963 quotations, 32 were issued for procurement purposes for the interactive displays. As an example, it can be indicated that the Army public school in Bengdubi, West Bengal, declared an extended tender call for the procurement of an interactive panelboard. Out of the 33 bids, three states—Maharashtra, West Bengal, and Jammu & Kashmir—were holding the top position, with 6 each. Assam carried 5 tenders, whereas Karnataka issued 4. In this queue, Tamil Nadu was at 3, and Himachal Pradesh was at 2.
