You would like to use cars which have good off-roading abilities and large trunk area for equipment. But you wouldn't want to stop frequently just because of stupid mechanical failures. So for me, the best choice for carrying my team is Toyota's Landcruiser which can easily handle off-roading and it has a good reputation for reliability. We also need a trunk for our equipment like tents, and again I choose Toyota, their 4x4 Tundra has up to 10,000lbs towing capacity so we shouldn't worry too much about being stuck on the road. 

-GPS Navigation

make sure the GPS system is working on every vehicle before the trip to avoid potential breaks.

-Satelite phone

for the emergency when normal phones can't receive any signal.

-Spare tires

-extra gas tanks

-Food & Water (mainly cans and dry food ), with practical cooking tools

-tents

-Sleeping bag

-down coat

-Rescue blankets

for protecting your team when bears or wolfs appear, axe can also be used for collecting branches.
