Now that you have listened to the handover between Tasmin and Riann, you will discuss your own professional worldview in the context of the health care team.

In Florence's case the team demonstrates the 5 principles of teamwork: effective communication, mutual trust, shared goals, clear roles, and measurable processes and outcomes. Help your peers understand your profession's worldviews by posting your thoughts about these 5 principles of teamwork.
