1. Stanley Park | City of VancouverLinks to an external site.

Stanely Park is the second nature Park in North America and is located on the edge of downtown Vancouver. The whole park faces the sea, and many roads are built in the park for visitors to walk. There are special cycling lanes. Riding in this park, you can feel the natural beauty while blowing the sea breeze, watching the beach, the seascape, the pedestrians, the ships and the bridge in the distance. Very nice.

Lafage Lake is in Coquitlam - the city where I lived in high school. When I was in high school, I really liked to go cycling here on weekends. There is a central lake, surrounded by roads around the lake, riding around the lake, seeing people walking around, relaxing, it's a great place to go.

3. Seaside Greenway – Let's Go Biking! (letsgobiking.net)

The Seaside Greenway is Vancouver's most popular cycling route. On a dedicated bike path separate from cars, it is safe for riders of all ages and abilities, so there is absolutely no fear of a motor vehicle safety incident. Also, it is fun for pedestrians and joggers. The route follows the main road from the Vancouver Convention Centre, along Coal Harbour, around the Stanley Park seawall and False Creek to Granville Island.
